Returns and Exchanges

Our framed artworks are specially made to order, with your choice of personalised name message and other customised aspects that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold. Therefore we are unable to offer returns or an exchange unless the item is faulty.

Faults, Errors and Damaged goods

We do our very best to make sure our products reach you in tip top condition. However in rare circumstances if there is a fault with your item or a mistake on our behalf in dispatching an incorrect product, we will refund you in full including delivery costs, or if you prefer, provide you with a replacement item as a matter of urgency.

Should your item be broken or damaged during transit please contact us as soon as possible by e-mailing It would be very helpful if you could include details of the damage or a photo if possible. Depending on the extent of the damage we may ask our courier to collect the damaged item at our cost. We will either refund you in full including delivery costs, or if you prefer provide you with a replacement as a matter of urgency.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within a maximum of 30 days)

Please note Sweetiemice has no liability to pay any additional compensation other than the value of the product & delivery costs.

Cancellation of bespoke Product(s)

In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations Sweetiemice product(s), which have been made to the customers’ specifications, are exempt from standard cancellation rights. 

By the very individual nature of personalised products hand-made to order, they cannot be re-sold and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
